How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our checkout page. Once submitted, we’ll review your details and contact you directly.
How do I make payment?
Payment is made in person upon seeing the goods. We will arrange a meet‑up where you can inspect your PC before paying.
Do you require deposits?
No deposits are required.
You only pay after you’ve seen the PC and confirmed everything is correct.
For customised parts, We would need an unrefundable 20% deposit to cover the customised parts
How long does assembly take?
Most builds take 3–7 days, depending on parts availability and customisation.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all PixelPaws PCs come with a local warranty. If anything happens, we’ll assist you directly with warm, friendly support.
